01
You talk to Max.
Describe the goal in plain language. Max asks only what he needs, remembers it, and routes Build, Market, or Create. You never pick a specialist yourself.
02
After you buy.
Checkout gives you the kit — nothing runs on our servers. Max lives as files in your project (agents, skills, a context template) that you can open and edit, but shouldn't have to. That's Max's job.
03
Pull the repo. Open the folder.
Clone the project and stand in that directory — Claude Code needs to be opened here so it can see .claude/ after install.
$ git clone your-repo.git$ cd your-repo
04
Install the workforce.
One command writes Max, the specialists you bought, and the shared context file.
$ cd your-project$ npx agentcrew@latest init
05
Open Claude Code. Start talking.
Say the goal. Max takes it from there.
$ I want to launch a SaaS for freelancers.Got it. Who's the customer — freelancers in general, or a slice of them?$ Freelance designers.Saved. Routing Build, Market, and Create now.
Prefer shortcuts? Typing / in Claude Code jumps straight to a job — but you don't need to learn any of that. Max routes for you either way.
