Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using AgentCrew (“the Product”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.

AgentCrew is operated independently. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC, or any other model provider.

2. The Product

AgentCrew is a digital kit of specialist agent definitions, skills, commands, workflows, and coordination setup (including Max). It is designed to help you build, market, and create around a product from idea to launch.

You may purchase a single workforce (Build, Market, or Create) or the Complete Workforce bundle. What you receive is described on the product page at the time of purchase. Delivery is digital. No physical goods are shipped.

3. License

Subject to these Terms and your completed payment, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Product for your own professional work, including client work, agency delivery, and internal operations.

You may edit specialist files to fit how you work. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the Product, in original or modified form, as a competing kit, template library, or public download. One purchase is for you or your organization, not for open republication.

4. Updates and “lifetime”

Updates to the workforce you purchased are included at no extra charge for as long as AgentCrew continues to publish them. “Lifetime updates” means updates to that purchased workforce during the commercial life of the Product, not a guarantee that AgentCrew will operate forever or that every future product we release is included.

We may change how updates are delivered. We will not charge you again for updates to a workforce you already bought.

5. Payments

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed. Purchases are one-time unless we clearly offer something else. Taxes may be added where required. Payment is processed by a third-party processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.

6. Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use AgentCrew and for any output you generate with AI systems. You must not use the Product to violate law, infringe anyone’s rights, or attempt to extract or republish the kit as your own product.

7. AI outputs

AgentCrew coordinates work through third-party AI models and environments you control. Those models can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You must review code, marketing, and content before you ship it. We do not warrant that any output will meet a particular result, convert, or be free of defects.

8. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Product, the AgentCrew name, and our original files. Subject to the license above, your project materials and the work product you create with the help of the Product remain yours, except for any third-party model or platform rights that already apply.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Product is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that the Product will work with every future version of Claude Code or other tools.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentCrew and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Product.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Product will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. If that policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer law that applies to you, that law prevails.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where the law requires us to get a fresh consent.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of AgentCrew is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights in your country of residence, and nothing here limits those rights.
